- Can you tell me how the jobs are, housing like in FL? My boyfriend and i are looking to move to florida sometime soon, we heard its affordable, we currently live in NJ and you are lucky to get an apartment for 0 , car insurance is 0 a month, and health insurance is like a week.
- It all depends what part of Florida youre planning to move to. You wont find affordable homes in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. The prices are through the roofs.
- If those prices bother you stay away from south florida; the prices are worse down there. You could probably get cheaper in north florida but not by much. small towns are cheaper than larger ones. don't forget that florida has no state income tax and the sales tax is low so that helps a bit.

- That is a loaded question...if you are looking for health insurance I recommend you get the book "Healthcare for Less," by Michelle Katz. I saw the author speak the other day in DC and she was fantastic. She talked about negotiating with your doctor and how to choose the right insurance for you...avoiding the scams...all in her book!
